(*) After this period, the case is individually reassessed, and therapeutic continuation recommendations are provided.
(**) This program is designed for individuals with demanding professional or business activities who have limited time to undergo a comprehensive treatment. The minimum therapeutic time recommended to achieve the desired objectives is provided.

YOU FOCUS ON THE DECISION
WE FOCUS ON THE REHABILITATION.
The treatment program lasts 2 to 3 months of inpatient care, with the following stages:
1st Stage: Preparing for the Big Leap
In a drug-free, peaceful environment, far from the city, the individual has the time and space to fully focus on themselves, reducing stress and managing thoughts and emotions that affect their mood.
Therapeutic objectives include:
- Managing emotions (stress); regulating the biological cycle (sleep, appetite, anxieties).
- Improving cognitive levels (attention, concentration, memory).
During this stage, medical evaluations (physical, nutritional, lab work, etc.) are conducted, and the appropriate treatment begins. A mental health evaluation is also carried out to ensure the patient’s complete tranquility.
2nd Stage: Evaluation and Start of Treatment
In this phase, our team of professionals (doctor, psychiatrist, and psychologists) will work collaboratively with the patient to thoroughly assess the possible origins and risk factors that sustain the addiction (associated diagnoses).
On an individual level, the patient begins filling out the addiction treatment manual, which guides them through personal exploration of their problems and presents therapeutic alternatives to address them. This process is carried out with the support of our specialized psychotherapists.
3rd Stage: Intensive Treatment
General objectives of this stage include:
- Achieving emotional stability with psychological and pharmacological support.
- Recognizing the direct and indirect problems related to substance use.
- Involving the family in the treatment process.
- Attaining physical and emotional stability.

What Happens at a Detox Center?
A person addicted to alcohol and/or drugs is in a constant process of detoxification, both naturally and voluntarily, as a way for the body to regain balance. Clinical detox, however, is conducted under supervision with the goal of eliminating traces of substances from the body and preventing further intake due to withdrawal symptoms, which often lead to relapse. The main tasks of supervised detox are to help expel substances and manage cravings and withdrawal symptoms.
How Can You Detox the Body from Drugs and Alcohol?
Detoxification is a natural process in which the body removes toxic residues. However, addiction to drugs and alcohol interferes with this natural process, leading to dependence, which can manifest through physical and psychological discomfort, as well as behaviors that drive the person to resume use, causing further intoxication.
While detoxing may seem simple to some who manage a few days without use, relapse often occurs quickly. A more effective method of detox is through a therapeutic environment with professional support, ensuring the desired detox and prolonged abstinence, allowing the person to continue successfully with psychotherapy.
How Long Does It Take for the Body to Detox from Drugs?
The detox process varies depending on factors such as the type of drugs used, the amount, duration, and frequency of use, as well as personal factors like weight, height, and age. Typically, the first phase of detox takes about seven to fourteen days, achieving negative urine tests for some substances. Withdrawal symptoms tend to subside after two months, during which time the person must learn to manage addictive symptoms.
How Long Does It Take to Detox from Alcohol?
The time required to detox from alcohol depends on several factors: type, quantity, and duration of alcohol use, as well as personal factors like sex, weight, height, and age. Typically, the first stage of detox takes seven to fourteen days. It’s important to note that alcohol detox can present acute withdrawal symptoms (high blood pressure, anxiety, depression, irritability, and in severe cases, delirium tremens), which tend to decline after two months.
How to Detox Someone Addicted to Drugs?
A person addicted to drugs or alcohol is constantly undergoing natural detoxification. However, what prevents them from quitting for good is withdrawal syndrome, which depends on the type, amount, and duration of use, as well as any associated conditions. Professional support is essential if the person wants to overcome their addiction.
What Vitamins Are Good for Drug Detox?
Detoxing from drugs and/or alcohol includes addressing the biochemical aspects of the body. Certain supplements or medications may be necessary depending on the individual case and the type of substance used.
How to Detox the Body of Someone Addicted to Alcohol?
A person addicted to alcohol is naturally going through a detox process, which leads to withdrawal symptoms. Every time the person drinks alcohol, they restart the process of intoxication. One way to support this process is to make the decision to quit known to supportive individuals who can help with potential complications, which will be addressed medically.
What Happens When Someone Stops Using Drugs?
People addicted to drugs and/or alcohol are constantly attempting to quit, experiencing withdrawal symptoms that often lead to relapse. When they decide to stop using substances, they must consider how to overcome cravings and withdrawal symptoms.
How Long Does Cocaine Stay in the Body?
Cocaine metabolites can stay in the body for 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on the amount and duration of use. The body continuously works to expel these toxins.
What Is the Detox Process for a Young Addict?
Detoxing from drugs and/or alcohol is a natural process. In the case of young people, acute intoxication or substance overdose may require medical attention in care units. As part of their experimental behavior, young people may mix substances or take excessive doses, exposing themselves to situations that require medical intervention.
Where Can You Seek Help to Quit Alcohol?
If someone has decided to stop drinking, seeking help is essential, as quitting on one’s own is very difficult. There are widely available support groups, such as Alcoholics Anonymous, as well as professional treatments that aim to help people with alcohol problems.
